Email Sucks!
Over the years, we have found that email sucks for organising CGI projects. We try to use email mainly for organising payments or sending notifications, and we try to use other web based services for all the heavy stuff. But if you do think email is the best way to communicate, please try to keep your email threads nice and tidy.
Dropbox
Dropbox is a cloud storage service that lets you save files online and sync them to your devices. You can use Dropbox links to share files and folders with other people without sending large attachments.
Once we start a project, you should setup your own account, if you need more storage when we share folders with you, you might need to upgrade to the Dropbox Plus account
Miro
We use Miro rather than email to organise all our projects in an intuitive and visual way. You can comment for free without a full team account, if you need to edit the boards we will buy you a license.
Google Workspace
We use Google workspace only for spreadsheets, and email for anyone who needs a @bigmancgi.com email address.
